International Sales Representative (U.S. Market)

About the role

ICON Global (Private) Limited is looking for a motivated, results-driven International Sales Executive to join its growing team. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with B2B clients in the U.S. market and drive revenue growth through strategic sales. The job is full-time and onsite, with timings from 5 PM to 2 AM on weekdays.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients in the U.S. market.
• Connect with purchasing managers, procurement teams and key decision-makers to generate new business.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and other lead-generation channels.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through pipeline management and proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and opportunities using CRM software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Outbound Sales.
• Experience with U.S. or other international markets preferred.
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation and consultative selling.
• Excellent verbal and written English; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and comfortable with night shifts aligned to U.S. business hours.
