IT Executive – Country Infrastructure & Security

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to lead and manage the country‑wide IT infrastructure for DHL Global Forwarding Pakistan. The role ensures reliable telecom services, robust security measures and efficient end‑user support, enabling the business to deliver logistics services with precision. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support up‑country staff and ensure that IT services align with the company’s commitment to trust, precision and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the country’s IT infrastructure, including telecom systems and end‑user support.
• Implement and maintain IT security protocols, monitor and mitigate cyber threats.
• Streamline IT service delivery to improve productivity and standardise processes.
• Manage user access rights and ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
• Utilise modern IT technologies to optimise performance, scalability and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in an IT department of a multinational or well‑known logistics company.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
• Strong knowledge of IT procedures, policies and infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
