IT HelpDesk Support Engineer

About the role

Join Contour's IT team to provide first- and second‑line support for a range of desktop, server, networking and cloud services. You will handle user onboarding and off‑boarding, manage access in Microsoft 365 and ensure a smooth employee experience across the joiner‑mover‑leaver lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provision and de‑provision user accounts in Microsoft 365 (Azure AD / Entra ID), manage mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive and license assignments.
• Configure MFA, conditional access and basic security settings according to policy.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and ensure timely, compliant off‑boarding, including asset recovery.
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 support via ticketing system, email and walk‑ins for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN, Wi‑Fi, printers and basic networking.
• Install, configure and support standard business applications and end‑user devices.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, user access and permissions, and support device management with Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Assist in IT audits and suggest process or automation improvements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD/Entra ID user management.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with clear communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets, prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
