About the role
The Senior Officer will support the implementation and integration of CRM software within the Digital Banking Group, ensuring smooth hand‑over and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing CRM software implementation, customization and integration with other systems.
- Coordinate with business teams and vendors to resolve post‑cutover issues and monitor solution performance.
- Identify gaps or missing features in project deliverables and support their rectification.
- Initiate system hand‑over activities from vendors to the internal IT team.
- Provide backup support to peers and perform any additional tasks assigned by line management.
Required profile
- Team‑building, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, multi‑tasking abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputable university.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM software implementation and integration.
- Vendor coordination and issue resolution.
