IT Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Analyst will implement, administer, support, and continuously improve CORA Loyalty's enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end‑user computing environment. This role ensures availability, security, performance, and scalability of technology services while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure infrastructure, managing identities, licenses, and security policies.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle via Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, ensuring compliance and productivity.
• Support Windows Server environments, handle patching, vulnerability remediation, and assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization.
• Operate security tools such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and Qualys, investigating alerts and optimizing Zero Trust controls.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, maintain documentation, and participate in on‑call incident resolution.
• Identify automation opportunities using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
