IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

As the Manager of IT Infrastructure at Creative Chaos, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a secure, efficient, and scalable technology environment. You will guide a team of IT professionals, align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives, and ensure high availability across all systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure team to guarantee reliability and performance.
• Design, deploy, and maintain servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices for security and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement.
• Ensure robust disaster recovery and data backup processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.
• Control infrastructure budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Cisco, AWS, or VMware are a plus.
