IT Manager – AI‑Driven Infrastructure

About the role

AJAIA is seeking an IT Manager to act as the technical backbone of its AI‑first operations. The role requires a smart, adaptable leader who will design and maintain innovative infrastructure, ensure security, and automate workflows for a globally remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development.
• Implement and oversee security and compliance protocols protecting proprietary AI workflows and client data.
• Automate internal business solutions, CRM/CMS platforms, and asset management processes.
• Use AI tools daily for network ideation, troubleshooting, security variant creation, and QA support.
• Collaborate with engineering, strategy and growth teams to align technical delivery with company milestones.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in IT management, systems administration or technical operations.
• Proven ability to integrate AI‑native workflows into daily execution.
• Strong judgment in fast‑paced, cross‑functional startup environments.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical leadership.
