IT Manager - ERP, LOS and IT Operations

About the role

A leading financial services organization based in Islamabad is hiring an experienced IT Manager through People Perfect. The role covers business applications, especially ERP and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), as well as IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support ERP applications, particularly finance and procurement modules, to keep business operations running smoothly.
• Oversee Loan Origination Systems (LOS), including customer onboarding, credit proposals, approval workflows and offer letter processes.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity and technology projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors and key stakeholders for effective IT service delivery.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new applications, enhancements and projects.
• Support AI integration, business process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage IT teams, give technical guidance and coordinate training and reporting.
• Assist with IT procurement, budgeting, resource planning and vendor management.
• Ensure IT support, system availability and timely resolution of technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, business application management or similar roles.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology project coordination.
• Strong team management, vendor coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Strong functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, especially finance and procurement modules.
• Practical knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and their workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries, database administration, data validation and reconciliation.
• Understanding of UAT, system implementation and process automation.
