About the role
Vulcan Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated IT & Networking Associate to join our growing team. If you have hands‑on experience in IT support, networking, and system troubleshooting, we'd love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows systems and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, system backups, and antivirus solutions.
- Monitor network performance and ensure data security.
- Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows OS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- CCNA or other relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
