IT Officer – Manage Infrastructure & Surveillance Systems

About the role

Zoom Marketing Oils (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive IT Officer to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, CCTV and IP surveillance, biometric attendance devices, and provide day‑to‑day technical support at its Head Office and associated sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise CCTV cameras, IP cameras and related surveillance equipment.
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain IP addressing, routers, switches and overall network connectivity.
• Administer biometric attendance machines, ensuring proper configuration, connectivity and integration with HR.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, device drivers, printers and other peripherals.
• Provide first‑line IT support to office staff, resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Maintain inventory, software records, equipment allocation and maintenance logs.
• Monitor network health, perform system updates, antivirus checks and data backups.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations and technical assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, networking or infrastructure management.
• Practical knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras, biometric attendance systems and IP configuration.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, driver installation and computer troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems quickly and communicate solutions effectively.
