About the role
TechnoCares is seeking a proactive fresh graduate to support Project Managers and Team Leads in organizing software projects, tracking commitments, and keeping stakeholders informed. This on‑site position in Model Town, Lahore offers hands‑on experience in IT delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Track sprint deliverables, deadlines, and task progress.
- Follow up with Team Leads on pending commitments.
- Prepare meeting minutes and concise status reports.
- Maintain Trello boards and project trackers.
- Communicate approved timeline changes to stakeholders.
- Highlight delays, blockers, and upcoming deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., B.Com, B.A, BBA, M.Com, M.A, BS) or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quick learning ability.
- Genuine interest in the IT/software industry.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Experience with Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Trello for task management.
