IT Operations & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Operations and Systems Administrator with strong networking expertise to manage and improve our IT infrastructure. The role involves hands‑on ownership of network troubleshooting, firewall administration, server support, and SaaS platform management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations across networking, systems administration, end‑user support, and infrastructure availability.
• Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues, maintain internet failover, and administer firewall policies, VPNs, and access controls.
• Configure and support switches, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, and UniFi access points to ensure stable internal connectivity.
• Maintain on‑premises servers, monitor infrastructure health with Zabbix, and handle Windows endpoint installation and troubleshooting.
• Administer SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Bitbucket) and internal productivity tools, including account provisioning and access coordination.
• Manage IT assets lifecycle, track allocations, and ensure basic compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reliability, operational visibility, and issue response times.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in IT operations, system administration, and networking.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• pfSense, MikroTik, VPN technologies.
• Firewall and internet failover management.
