IT Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Project Coordinator to drive daily project activities, track progress, and ensure smooth communication between IT teams and management. This hybrid position offers immediate start and the chance to work on diverse software development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities across IT teams and assign tasks based on priorities.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity, collecting progress updates.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve blockers, escalating risks when necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between teams and management, organizing meetings and following up on action items.
• Continuously improve coordination processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities are encouraged.
• Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Basic understanding of software development and IT project lifecycles.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and problem‑solving capabilities.
