About the role
An IT Support Executive is sought to ensure seamless IT operations for clients. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, networking and client support, and is a full-time position based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Required skills
- Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Network administration and LAN/WAN management
- Active Directory user management and security practices
- Router setup and configuration, including MikroTik
- Data backup and recovery
- Email configuration (POP3, Outlook)
