Junior Accountant (ACCA Qualified) – Remote

About the role

BPOhub is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant who is ACCA qualified or in the final stage of qualification. This remote position offers hands‑on experience with international clients, supporting accounting, reporting, and valuation projects while helping you meet the ACCA Practical Experience Requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and review bookkeeping records for global clients.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, including bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports, MIS packs, and assist with VAT and tax compliance where applicable.
• Contribute to financial analysis, forecasting, due‑diligence and valuation support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams serving clients across different time zones, especially U.S. zones.

Required profile

• ACCA qualified (affiliate) or in the final stage of the qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
• Xero (or similar accounting software).
• Microsoft Excel – formulas, pivot tables, basic financial analysis.
