Junior Accountant (On-Site – Fortify ERP Operator)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to work on‑site at client locations, handling day‑to‑day financial operations through Fortify, our SaaS‑based ERP solution for the real‑estate sector. You will ensure accurate data entry, support the shift from manual to digital processes, and act as a key liaison between our system and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage daily financial transactions in Fortify, including receivables, payables, expenses, and collections.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and perform timely account reconciliations.
• Track customer payments, manage installment plans, and monitor outstanding dues.
• Support rent and debt collection processes via the ERP system.
• Generate financial reports such as cash‑flow, aging, and summary reports.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to collect, validate, and resolve data issues.
• Ensure proper digital documentation and record‑keeping within Fortify.
• Identify gaps in client processes and recommend improvements using Fortify modules.
• Assist in onboarding client teams and provide basic system training.
• Escalate discrepancies, data issues, or system concerns to the internal support team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA, ACCA part‑qualified).
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently at client sites.
