Junior Amazon Store Executive

About the role

A recruiter is looking for a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Junior Amazon Store Executive to manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and support inventory management operations. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who takes initiative, learns quickly and is eager to grow professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts and product listings
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Track daily orders, sales and inventory movements
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory replenishment
• Assist with freight, logistics and supplier coordination, including Alibaba
• Monitor customer experience, reviews and ratings
• Support product content, branding and listing updates
• Prepare daily and weekly reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Monitor Amazon account health and report issues, and identify inventory discrepancies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1+ year of experience in Amazon account management preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn quickly and take responsibility

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Understanding of inventory and order management
