Junior Business Development / Bidder (Freelancing Platforms)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Development professional to join our team in Lahore. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing opportunities on freelancing platforms, preparing bids and supporting the growth of our IT services portfolio. Candidates should have 1‑2 years of relevant experience and be ready to work in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential projects on various freelancing platforms.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids in line with client requirements.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect technical capabilities.
• Track bid outcomes and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales or bidding.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Based in Lahore or willing to work from the Nespak Society location.
