Junior Freelancer Profile Handler (Fiverr & Upwork) – Onsite Rawalpindi

About the role

We are seeking a confident Junior Freelancer Profile Handler to join our Rawalpindi office. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for clients on Fiverr and Upwork, helping to turn inquiries into projects and supporting our business development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients on Fiverr and Upwork.
• Respond to inquiries, clarify requirements, and provide accurate information.
• Prepare and send proposals, offers, and follow‑up messages.
• Maintain organized records of chats, leads, and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly business development targets.

Required profile

• Basic familiarity with Fiverr and Upwork platforms (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence in client interaction and basic negotiation.
• Organised, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a business development environment.
