Junior Key Account Manager – Shopify & eCommerce

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to support our Shopify and eCommerce clients. You will work closely with developers, designers and clients to ensure successful project delivery and drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with assigned eCommerce accounts.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables between clients, developers and designers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for each account.
• Assist in CRO, UX and SEO initiatives to improve client results.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and accountable.
• Responsive, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers and clients.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello or Jira.
• Basic understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), User Experience (UX) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
