Junior MEP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior MEP Engineer to support the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves collaborating with senior engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in designing and implementing MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations for project compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other stakeholders.
• Perform calculations and analyses to determine project specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve on‑site MEP issues.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support.
• Ensure work aligns with local codes and standards.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification or licensure as required by local authorities.
• Strong understanding of MEP system integration in construction projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC).
• Familiarity with sustainable design and energy‑efficiency practices.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
