Junior Product Designer – SaaS

About the role

Join RepairDesk as a Junior Product Designer focused on SaaS solutions. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to shape user experiences that meet the needs of repair shop businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform design direction.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to create MVPs while maintaining product excellence.
• Present designs in reviews and incorporate feedback from leadership.
• Iterate and refine designs based on quantitative and qualitative user feedback.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant design experience with a portfolio.
• Strong understanding of design systems and user‑centered design principles.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Ability to write product requirement documents (PRDs) when needed.
• Interest in product strategy and a creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Leadership qualities with influence and persuasion skills.
