Junior Student Counselor

About the role

A full-time, on-site Junior Student Counselor position in the Karachi Division. The role supports students through counseling and inquiry handling, and contributes to a supportive, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions
• Manage inquiries through in-person meetings, phone, email and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate student records and application documentation
• Participate in educational seminars and events
• Provide high-quality customer service

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information accessibly
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and concerns respectfully
• Ability to work in a structured office environment in Karachi Division, manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Relevant academic background in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business or a related field preferred
• Prior experience or internship in student advisory services, education consultancy or a related field is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as email, office productivity tools and data entry
• Comfort learning new systems

Salary: 60K to 80K per month; working hours 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
