Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

IKONIC is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to bridge client needs with technical delivery. You will work closely with customers, development teams, and sales to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from onboarding and requirement gathering to delivery and post‑deployment support.
• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
• Design and present customized software and web solutions that align with client objectives.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including pricing, scope, and schedule.
• Coordinate with development teams to verify technical feasibility and ensure on‑time execution.
• Own the pre‑sales and deal‑closing process and hand over projects smoothly to delivery teams.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
• Document project status, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Notion, Jira, or Trello.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in a technical project management role within a software consultancy or product development team.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication; IELTS preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and solution architecture.
