Junior UI/UX Designer – Flexible Projects

About the role

Cosmo Inc. is seeking an eager Junior UI/UX Designer to join its fast‑moving marketing agency in Lahore. You will work on a variety of digital products, from marketing websites to complex web applications, gaining exposure to multiple design challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for websites and digital products.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and help pivot designs when new ideas emerge.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers in an agile, unstructured workflow.
• Support user research by gathering feedback and assisting with usability testing.
• Help maintain the internal design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Participate in design critiques, present work, and iterate rapidly based on feedback.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of UI/UX design experience (internships, bootcamps, freelance projects accepted).
• Portfolio with 2–3 case studies showing design process for websites and product interfaces.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and empathy for end‑users.
