Creative Associate – Graphic Designer

About the role

adlance is seeking a Creative Associate who will translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs across print and digital media. The role blends storytelling with brand strategy to produce graphics that engage, inform, and inspire audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a wide range of design assets, including web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams and clients to gather requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Manage the end‑to‑end design process from initial concept sketches to final deliverables.
• Maintain and update internal design libraries, photography archives, and video assets.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance design workflow.

Required profile

• Strong visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent understanding of branding, marketing principles, and layout composition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to interpret written or spoken ideas into visual solutions.
