Key Account Executive - Sales Russian Speaker (Morning Shift)

About the role

RexD is hiring a Key Account Executive who speaks Russian and works the morning shift, based in Karachi. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with key accounts, building a strong sales pipeline and growing account volume and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with key accounts
• Build, maintain and track a robust sales pipeline of high-quality prospects
• Oversee account management and support business leads
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Enhance account volume and profitability within budget
• Stay up to date with new product features and market trends
• Suggest ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Perform other tasks assigned by the company

Required profile

• Minimum intermediate level
• Proven work experience in a Russian-speaking role
• Ability to understand client needs and increase customer engagement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, analytical and time management skills

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of CRM software
• MS Office, especially MS Excel
