Key Account Manager – Multan

About the role

Haleon is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with key customers in Multan. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand client objectives, and drive long‑term partnership growth for our consumer health portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.
• Identify opportunities for partnership, upselling, cross‑selling and service expansion.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account meetings.
• Achieve and exceed sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Create and maintain detailed account plans and accurate pipeline forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that maximize account value and market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or key‑account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
