Key Account Manager – Taste & Wellbeing (Karachi)

About the role

Givaudan, the global leader in Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, is expanding its sales team in Pakistan. Based in Karachi, you will report to the Country Manager and act as the primary contact for strategic customers, delivering innovative flavour solutions across multiple categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans targeting strategic customers in Pakistan.
• Create new business opportunities and build a robust project pipeline using Givaudan’s resources.
• Partner with customers’ R&D and marketing teams to align Givaudan’s offerings with brand strategies.
• Monitor flavour trends, competitive activity, and market data to support commercial goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from customer submission to production launch, achieving budgeted sales.
• Travel frequently across the Pakistan market (30‑40% of time) to nurture key accounts and prospects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or Business Studies.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in business development or key account management within the flavours, food or ingredients industry.
• Proven sales record in Pakistan and an existing network of customers and competitors.
• Strong passion for flavours and excellent oral and written English proficiency.
• Solid business and commercial knowledge with strong presentation and project‑management abilities.
