Klaviyo Technician

About the role

Social Scout is seeking a detail‑oriented Klaviyo Technician to execute technical builds and implementations for multiple DTC eCommerce brands. This fully remote, contractor position works closely with strategy, design, and leadership teams to deliver flawless email marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch high‑performing Klaviyo flows such as Welcome, Cart Abandon, Post‑Purchase, Winback and Sunset.
• Configure accurate flow logic, including triggers, filters, splits, timing, exclusions and suppression.
• Set up campaigns, perform final QA (links, targeting, tracking, personalization) and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Implement and maintain email templates/modules using drag‑and‑drop and HTML.
• Configure and validate integrations with Shopify and tools like Recharge, Skio, Gorgias and SMS platforms.
• Ensure proper syncing of tracking events and product/catalog data for segmentation and automation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and maintain clean documentation and SOPs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on Klaviyo implementation experience across multiple eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of flow logic, triggers, filters, splits, delays and exclusions.
• Comfortable working with Shopify data, events and customer properties.
• High attention to detail with strong QA habits.
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality and clear written communication skills.
