Last Mile Logistics Agent - US Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Last Mile Logistics Agent to support our US‑based clients from our Karachi delivery centre. The role focuses on coordinating driver activities, managing pickup and delivery schedules, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to plan and execute pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre, monitoring performance and load distribution.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays, and escalations promptly to maintain service standards.
• Implement effective route planning and load management to optimise travel time and costs.
• Monitor and ensure timely handling of shipments, maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (4 PM–1 AM or 12 AM–9 AM, six days a week).
• Proven problem‑solving and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with driver coordination and delivery scheduling.
• Familiarity with route planning and load distribution concepts.
