Last Mile Logistics Executive - US Operations

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Last Mile Logistics Executive to support and optimise delivery operations for our US‑based clients from our Karachi hub. The role involves hands‑on coordination of drivers, route planning and rapid issue resolution to ensure timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays and escalations promptly.
• Ensure effective route planning and load distribution.
• Monitor and maintain timely and efficient load management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM & 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM) and six days a week.
• Excellent problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
