Last Mile Operations Executive – US Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Last Mile Operations Executive to manage and optimise delivery operations for our US‑based clients from our Karachi hub. The role involves coordinating drivers, overseeing daily centre activities, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
• Ensure effective route planning and optimal load distribution.
• Monitor load management to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (4 PM–1 AM & 12 AM–9 AM).
• Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
