Lead Backend Developer

About the role

You will join a globally distributed agile team building a new SaaS platform that powers a suite of enterprise applications. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining a highly available, secure, and scalable backend infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and architect the core backend platform for Securiti.ai.
• Create architecture documents, functional specifications, design docs, and test plans.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end development, deployment, and testing of new features.
• Write reliable, secure, performant, and scalable code in Go, Java, C++ or Python.
• Conduct code reviews, monitor platform performance, and provide on‑call support.
• Collaborate with customer support to resolve client issues.
• Integrate emerging technologies into the cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
• Proven ability to build highly available, distributed cloud systems.
• Strong understanding of multi‑threaded applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
