Lead Full Stack Engineer – Remote

About the role

As the Lead Full Stack Engineer you will guide the design, implementation and maintenance of CoverGo’s innovative SaaS platform for the insurtech market. You will provide technical direction across both front‑end and back‑end, mentor junior developers and ensure the platform remains scalable, secure and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions, providing technical direction to the team.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive, high‑quality solutions.
• Optimize platform performance for large data sets and high traffic, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and drive adoption of standards.
• Investigate and resolve bugs promptly, maintaining platform reliability and security compliance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Strong background in .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB and Docker.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and micro‑service architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with Test‑Driven Development, unit/integration testing and Domain‑Driven Design.
