Lead Generation Specialist (Bark Scraper) – Night Shift

About the role

Scentior, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a Lead Generation Expert to extract, qualify, and deliver high‑quality leads from Bark, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms. The role is night‑shift, full‑time and onsite in Johar, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and filter leads from Bark daily and maintain lead sheets with 100% accuracy.
• Generate qualified leads from LinkedIn, Facebook and other social channels.
• Identify high‑intent U.S. prospects for web development, SEO and marketing services.
• Monitor Bark job postings and respond in real‑time.
• Work closely with the sales team to hand off leads and support outreach.
• Analyze lead quality, optimise strategies and track KPIs to meet weekly/monthly targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, specifically with Bark.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. service‑based market (web agencies, SEO, marketing).
• Ability to work proactively, disciplined and without micromanagement.
• Willingness to work onsite in Karachi.
