About the role
We are looking for a UA Manager to lead growth for our mobile games team. You will own the full acquisition funnel from soft launch to global scale.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute UA campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Mintegral, and Unity Ads.
- Manage budgets and meet CPI, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Oversee ad monetisation, mediation and eCPM optimisation.
- Run ASO and store‑page A/B tests.
- Track LTV, retention and payback metrics.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience in mobile game user acquisition, growth or publishing.
- Strong knowledge of UA metrics and major ad networks.
- Experience with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase or GameAnalytics.
- Good analytical skills for LTV, cohort and payback analysis.
