About the role

FrontOrbit is an AI operational layer that helps appointment-based businesses recover lost revenue from slow responses, no-shows and missed reviews, integrating with WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Telegram, SMS and phone systems. It is hiring a Lead Generator to work on a hybrid basis in the Multan district, full-time, identifying, qualifying and nurturing prospects for its AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients in target verticals and initiate outbound calls and messages
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert interest into qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and follow structured outreach sequences
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos and walkthroughs
• Analyze lead performance data, refine messaging based on feedback and work with marketing to align campaigns with frontline insights
• Take part in team meetings, training sessions and coordinated outreach activities

Required profile

• Prospecting and research skills: identifying target businesses, gathering contact information and qualifying leads
• Communication skills: confident phone outreach, clear written messaging, active listening and rapport building with decision-makers
• Basic sales and negotiation skills: handling objections, presenting value propositions and moving prospects toward demos
• Time management and organization in a high-activity environment
• Prior experience in lead generation, telesales or business development, preferably in SaaS, technology or service-based industries
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field

Required skills

• CRM and data management: record keeping, pipeline tracking and simple reporting on lead conversion metrics
• Familiarity with digital channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS) and AI-powered tools is beneficial
• Proficiency in English and local languages is beneficial
