Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart)

About the role

A growing technology and e-commerce company is looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage marketplace operations for several online retail brands. The role covers product research, international sourcing, listing optimization, inventory monitoring and sales analysis, and is based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, on site, six days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain marketplace stores and product catalogs, create and optimize listings, monitor account health and compliance, and keep product information, pricing, inventory and availability accurate.
• Research products and suppliers in the United States, China and other markets, compare quotations and support sourcing decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels and movement, support demand planning and replenishment, and coordinate with teams and suppliers to avoid stockouts.
• Track sales, revenue, profitability and marketplace metrics, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central activity, including account health, listings, inventory, pricing, product launches and advertising.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Demonstrated experience managing products on Amazon or another major marketplace; practical experience with Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred.
• Commercially minded, analytical and proactive, able to take ownership of marketplace operations.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of product research, sourcing, listing optimization and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication and organization, attention to detail.
• Preferred: experience with Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Shopify, product research tools, international sourcing, Amazon advertising and private-label or wholesale models.
