Lead Quality Control

About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a Lead Quality Control to oversee all quality control operations at its Faisalabad plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control strategy, including testing methodologies, procedures, and tools.
• Oversee execution of quality testing for raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with protocols and industry standards.
• Direct microbiology specialists in performing microbiological testing on products and environmental samples.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimisation.
• Investigate non‑conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills of the QC team.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc management reports and stay current with relevant regulations.
• Set performance objectives for direct reports and provide coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4‑6 years of experience in quality control within the food industry.
