Lead Sales - Morning Shift (AM Sales)

About the role

A full-time morning shift lead sales position based on site in DHA Phase-4, Lahore, covering 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. The role owns the sales and retail channel, including revenue growth, pricing and margin analysis, and expansion into new premium outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for sales: set quarterly targets, define pricing structures and run margin analysis to maximise profitability.
• Drive end-to-end sales strategy across residential and commercial segments.
• Identify and unlock new channels so that Enertia products are visible in the right premium outlets.
• Manage retail outlets and other retail channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales, business development or brand management.
• Proven track record in consumer electronics, building materials, FMCG or lifestyle brands, where product positioning mattered as much as sales figures.
• Ability to position a new entrant against established competitors by highlighting its engineering and design strengths.
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani retail landscape.

What we offer

• Gross pay of PKR 150,000 to 200,000 plus commission on sales (average 0.5% to 1.5%).
• On-site work in DHA Phase-4, Lahore.
