Learning Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Specialist to design and deliver specialized training programs for a global workforce. This remote contract position supports a leading technology organization in upskilling employees and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver virtual and, when needed, in‑person training sessions to employees and external partners.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create accurate, engaging content.
• Maintain records of training participation and certification status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or education development.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• Experience tailoring content for diverse learning styles and technical levels.
