About the role

The university is seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Computing to join its academic team. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, developing learning resources, and supporting student progress within a dynamic higher‑education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet annual teaching and research targets set by the Head of Department and senior university leadership.
• Deliver assigned courses in accordance with the faculty workload policy.
• Develop learning materials, schemes of work, and maintain records of student progress, achievement, and attendance.
• Contribute to module information packs, design assignments, and create examination questions.
• Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and support experiential learning.
• Continuously improve personal teaching skills and participate in curriculum planning.
• Employ innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
• Liaise with academic colleagues and practice partners to foster collaborative relationships.

Required profile

• Holds an M.Phil. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Computer Arts from an HEC‑recognized university or institute.
