About the role
We are a US‑based law firm seeking a qualified Legal Assistant to support our personal injury practice from Pakistan. The role involves managing cases from intake through resolution while working closely with attorneys and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and demand packages.
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies.
- Work directly with clients, guiding them through the litigation process.
- Perform tasks assigned by the attorney or team lead.
Required profile
- Law degree (JD or equivalent) – LLM preferred.
- Experience in personal injury or civil litigation is preferred.
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Client‑focused approach with professionalism and empathy.
- Licensed or eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
