Legal Associate – Contract Management & Compliance

About the role

CureMD is seeking a Legal Associate to support senior legal staff with contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research. The role involves assisting in disputes, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Conduct legal research on data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law regulatory changes.
• Support pre‑litigation dispute management, prepare documentation and liaise with external counsel.
• Assist in protecting and enforcing the company’s intellectual property rights.
• Contribute to corporate governance policy development and cross‑departmental compliance.
• Perform basic legal risk assessments and present findings to senior staff.
• Communicate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and business partners.

Required profile

• L.L.B. or L.L.M. with at least 2 years of transaction/corporate experience (litigation experience preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Competent in legal research.
• Willingness to work the evening shift (4 PM – 1 AM PKT).
