Legal Associate

About the role

CureMD is seeking a Legal Associate to support its senior legal team in contract management, compliance monitoring, and regulatory research. The role will involve drafting and negotiating agreements, assisting with dispute management, and contributing to intellectual property protection.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in line with local and international laws.
• Conduct legal research on data‑privacy, intellectual‑property, and corporate‑law regulatory changes.
• Support pre‑litigation dispute management, preparing documentation and liaising with external counsel.
• Assist in protecting and enforcing the company’s intellectual‑property rights.
• Help develop corporate‑governance policies and ensure cross‑departmental compliance.
• Perform basic legal risk assessments and present findings to senior staff.
• Maintain communication with regulatory bodies and business partners.

Required profile

• L.L.B. or L.L.M. with at least 2 years of transaction/corporate experience (litigation experience preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements.
• Strong legal research abilities.
• Willingness to work the U.S. shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
