Legal Associate

About the role

Treadstone Associates Pakistan is seeking a motivated Legal Associate to support its advisory services across multiple industries. You will work closely with senior counsel and internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on business issues, regulatory requirements, and industry‑specific compliance.
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to local and international legal standards.
• Support senior legal counsel in client consultations, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents, client files, and regulatory submissions.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal legal policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison with external legal advisors when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory role, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Professionalism, discretion, and client‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Contract drafting and review.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, property law, leasing, and land‑use regulations.
• Proficiency with legal databases.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and similar digital communication platforms.
