Legal Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Coordinator to join our legal team. The role focuses on supporting Canadian immigration matters by preparing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and maintaining clear communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize case files for judicial review in Canadian immigration cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft accurate legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, addressing case‑related queries promptly.
• Maintain precise records and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal research or coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LexisNexis for legal research.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
