Legal Manager / Legal Consultant

About the role

The Legal Manager / Legal Consultant will independently manage and advise on all legal matters for Telenor Shared Services Pakistan, providing practical, compliant support to business units.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on corporate, employment, commercial and regulatory issues and ensure compliance with Pakistani laws and Telenor Group policies.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage contracts, NDAs and legal notices, maintaining standardized templates and risk mitigation clauses.
• Handle external and internal legal communications, liaise with counsel, regulators and support litigation and dispute resolution.
• Support internal and external audits, identify legal risks and maintain proper legal records and reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years post‑qualification experience in corporate, employment, commercial and compliance matters.
• Experience in multinational or shared‑services environments, strong drafting and negotiation abilities, and ability to work independently.
