Legal Research & Drafting Associate

About the role

KCM Accounting Ltd. is looking for a detail‑oriented Legal Research & Drafting Associate to support its clients in the financial services sector, primarily Money Service Businesses and Payment Service Providers. The role involves conducting thorough legal research and preparing high‑quality legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to MSBs and PSPs.
• Draft legal documents, agreements, policies, and regulatory submissions.
• Assist in preparing legal opinions, compliance documentation, and client reports.
• Stay updated on changes in financial services and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure documents are accurate, clear, and compliant.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and propose practical solutions.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, AML/CFT, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
